HR Assistant
This position is responsible for performing a variety of daily functions within the Human Resources Department, including activities related to benefits, payroll, recruitment and training. Assignments are carried out in accordance with instructions provided by the Human Resources team. This person will be responsible for data entry related to HR administration for the company; handle the HRIS entry and reports, employee benefits administration, policy and procedure maintenance, employee records maintenance, custom HR reports, maintenance of online and paper employee files. Provide support to the HR Department by applying knowledge of all aspects of human resource management to complete the following duties: Order employee verifications, reference checks and criminal background checks from Sterling Testing Systems and process the findings accordingly. Maintain employee records and information including specifics related to benefit programs such as life, health, dental and disability insurances and flexible spending accounts. Complete all required forms and notifications for various human resources-related information, such as new hires, changes of address and terminations. Handle sensitive matters with complete confidentiality. Provide payroll information by collecting time and attendance records. Responsible for ensuring smooth HR operations throughout the firm. Recommend and administer human resources policies and practices that cover all functional areas. Experience having led performance management, compensation and on boarding processes required. Process focused; collect and analyze HR data, and make recommendations to management. Prepare internal communications. Key points: Performance/Compensation Management, Employee Integration, Training, Employee Relations, Employee Retention, Employee Benefits; involves travel to other company offices on a periodic basis to address issues and needs of employees.

Campus Recruiter The position is responsible for being the primary contact and relationship manager for schools identified by the businesses for their campus recruitment. This requires proactively managing relationships with the schools to maintain and build strong relationships, which are required in order to be effective in recruiting the best candidates. More specifically, the role is responsible for coordinating the following activities: Information sessions (on campus and in office), resume processing, interviewing and hiring, summer and full-time analyst/associate programs, program facilitations and tuition reimbursements.
