HR Assistant
This position is responsible for performing a variety of daily functions
within the Human Resources Department, including activities related to
benefits, payroll, recruitment and training. Assignments are carried out
in accordance with instructions provided by the Human Resources team.
This person will be responsible for data entry related to HR administration
for the company; handle the HRIS entry and reports, employee benefits
administration, policy and procedure maintenance, employee records maintenance,
custom HR reports, maintenance of online and paper employee files. Provide
support to the HR Department by applying knowledge of all aspects of human
resource management to complete the following duties: Order employee verifications,
reference checks and criminal background checks from Sterling Testing

Campus Recruiter The position is responsible for
being the primary contact and relationship manager for schools identified
by the businesses for their campus recruitment. This requires proactively
managing relationships with the schools to maintain and build strong relationships,
which are required in order to be effective in recruiting the best candidates.
